I keep getting asked, when is the market going to shift?
The answer is simple, here it is. It will shift as soon as everyone who’s on the fence of about to list their homes, actually list their homes. The reason everything is crazy right now is because there’s not enough inventory. There’s not enough properties for sale, there’s too many buyers. It’s dropping the prices, its making things super competitive. It’s crazy!
I get it, people in the fence keeps on saying “No, well we don’t want to be in a competitive situation. We can’t compete in a competitive situation. We don’t want to be homeless, etc.” So, it is possible to shift this whole thing around. We need more inventory, so all of those people on the fence can get off the fence and list their home, we would fall off this inventory crisis and things would be a lot less competitive.
